'The Friends'
We have an active Friends Association. Their aim is to foster a good understanding between parents and school and to arrange various events for fund raising.
Officers are Claire Colwill and Charlotte Veale as Chair, *** as secretary and Lisa Mills as treasurer.
We hope you will want to be involved in some way.
Most of you may not know that FOSPS (Friends of Stratton Primary School) is a registered charity raising money for our school. It is run by a group of parents and friends of the school. The money is used in lots of different ways to benefit the children.
As a committee we have decided to shorten our name slightly to "The Friends" we have had numerous comments about people not actually knowing what FOSPS is, or what it stands for, and also many getting confused with FoBSP (Friends of Bude Sea Pool) we also now have our own Facebook page here where you will find more information.
